Lime Tarragon Pepper opens with the freshness of lime before tarragon brings a delicate green sweetness, with black pepper underneath for a dry, savoury finish.
Spritz it over roast chicken, oysters, sashimi, burrata, grilled fish or a cold martini just before serving. It gives food the lift of fresh herbs without asking you to wash, chop, store or rescue anything from the back of the fridge.

Yes. The essential oils used in Fin. are selected for food and beverage use and comply with Food Standards Australia New Zealand labelling requirements.
Yes! Fin. is made for food, and uses culinary essential oils blended with MCT oil to create a fine mist of flavour. It is designed to sprayed over dishes just before eating to give them a final lift of flavour.
Fin. is not olive oil and is not made for cooking or marinating. Heating the essential oils in the cooking process will cause them to lose their impact. For best results, spritz over dishes just before eating so the aromatics stay fresh.
Our suggested serving size is three sprays over a finished dish, approximately 0.45ml of Fin. with 3.6 kcals per serve. You can always add another spritz if you want more aroma and flavour. If you want to experiment with a new dish, do a small spray over a single bite to try.

A little goes a long way. Each bottle is designed to finish hundreds of dishes, depending on how many sprays you use. It should last you 3-6 months.
