Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to Australia.

Processing Time

All orders are picked and packed by us. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping via AusPost
Delivery time: 2-7 business days
Cost: $7.95

Free Standard Shipping (On orders at or above $79)
Delivery time: 2-7 business days 
Cost: Free

Please Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as carrier delays. Units are shipped from Northern NSW or Southern Queensland.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment's progress.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us at karlie@finfragrance.com within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by AusPost, the customer assumes responsibility for the package. Please ensure a secure delivery location is available.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately via the contact page. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
