Fin. is a food concept by MasterChef Australia finalist, and former Gourmet Traveller Deputy Editor, Karlie Verkerk.
Frustrated by the wilting herbs in her fridge, and as a firm believer that a garnish can make or break a dish, Karlie began investigating ways to add flavour and freshness to meals using culinary essential oils.
She wanted to create a product that would retain its freshness and was beautiful enough to live on the bench, rather than hidden in the pantry or fridge. After eight months of testing, her first food food fragrance was born – a vibrant combination of basil, oregano, lemon and celery seed.
All Fin. products are produced with all-natural culinary oils in our specialised facility at Burleigh Heads, Australia.
