Fin. was created by MasterChef Australia finalist and former Gourmet Traveller Deputy Editor Karlie Verkerk.

As someone who believes the finishing touch can make a dish, Karlie became obsessed with a simple question: why is it so hard to have fresh herbs on hand when you need them?

What began as a search for a better garnish became something entirely new.

Inspired by the world of fragrance, Karlie spent months experimenting with culinary essential oils to create a fresh, aromatic spritz designed to be applied just before serving. The result was Fin. — a fragrance for food.

Crafted with all-natural culinary oils and produced in Australia, Fin. brings freshness, flavour and a little intrigue to every plate.
