As someone who believes the finishing touch can make a dish, Karlie became obsessed with a simple question: why is it so hard to have fresh herbs on hand when you need them?
What began as a search for a better garnish became something entirely new. Inspired by the world of fragrance, Karlie spent months experimenting with culinary essential oils to create a fresh, aromatic spritz designed to be applied just before serving.
The result was Fin. – a fragrance for food.
